If you are on an Apple supported carrier
Navigate to this folder
/Systems/Library/Carrier Bundles/
Then locate your carries name and copy it to your system
You will need to locate the symlink for your carrier (usally a folder name with numbers in the same directory)

@@ after you have gotten your carrier bundle edit the image to what ever you like retaining the size then upload everything back to the carrier bundle directory. The folder permission should be 777
